Commissions

I love it when I'm asked to paint a special automobile or landscape that is close to a collectors heart.  In order to reserve a commission please follow the procedure below;

1. Purchase a commission reservation, for $100. This holds your spot on the calendar.

2. Email the following to nikkit@chromeandcoastlines.com

​

• Name, address and phone number.

• Size painting and orientation (horizontal, vertical, square).

• Provide 1-3 reference photos of what you would like to have painted, if you have them.

• Specify whether or not this piece can be shown on Instagram during its process.

 

3. I'll schedule a time to discuss your commission on the telephone.

4. Sign commission contract that you'll receive by email.

​

5. Pay price of commission and shipping.​

• If shipping is required, it will be in addition to the commission price.

• I will send the invoice and you can send a check or securely pay by Paypal or Venmo.

• Once the commission agreement is signed and paid for, there are no refunds.

6. Painting commences. Painting is usually completed within 1-2 weeks of beginning.

​

7. I'll email/text update photos approximately halfway through. Upon completion of the painting, I'll send a final photo, and collector gives approval or minor edits. Any extensive edits (as judged extensive by the artist) beyond that are subject to a 15% additional fee.
